Meet Woolard B. Warm

Book No 2 in the Champion Series

My full name is Woolard B. Warm, but my parents call me Woolie for short. They claimed I was a cute little bundle of wool when I was born and the name stuck. My story is really true. I have an older sister named Christiana and a younger sister, Mary Marie. My skating career started when I was quite young. I sat with my mom in the rink on the bleachers and watched Christiana take her skating lessons. I wanted to skate too because it looked like Christina was having lots of fun. Mom said I was still too little. I didn't think so.
